melodic release

Since #133 the package builds on ROS melodic. It would be nice to have a binary (bloom) released version in the ROS melodic repo. You may also want to consider merging #145 to add pre-release CI support.

@jproberge I don't see a released or pending release for https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/blob/master/melodic/distribution.yaml. Can you reopen this issue until a package has been released?
