Setup scripts for AWS

From a clean Foxy AWS Robomaker environment, run aws_setup.bash and then workshop_setup.bash. The first one removes the autosourcing of a ROS distro from .bashrc and so you'll want a fresh terminal or connection for running the workshop setup in a non-sourced environment.
