Naming Issues in godel_simple_gui and godel_plugins

The Godel GUI elements don't use ROS-standard naming conventions in many of their internal components.

Furthermore, many of the buttons and other form-elements are inconsistently named. Cleanup will make the code more easily read and maintained.
