Describe the bug The cloud nodelet/node no longer exists, yet there is still documentation on the ROS wiki discussing it. Please remove.

Enhancement I would recommend documentation on how to create pointclouds of type pointcloud2 messages using the transform node from recorded velodyne packets (i.e. when velodyne device is not connected).
