ARM 64 bit compatibility

Attempting to install results in "fatal error: flycapture/FlyCapture2.h: No such file or directory" for 64 bit ARM processors. The install I'm trying to do is on a NVIDIA TX1 running Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit. Point grey has released a new version of Flycapture for 64-bit ARM that is not supported in download_flycap.

@dallinbriggs Please try #93 which add the build rule for aarch64.
