Documentation Out of Date (ros ticket #21)

Open ahendrix opened this issue 11 years ago • 2 comments

Looks like the sound engine has changed enough to make the documentation of date. One example on this page: http://www.ros.org/wiki/sound_play/Tutorials/ConfiguringAndUsingSpeakers

The asoundconf program does not seem to be installed as of 12.04 (maybe earlier).

Any tip on how to set it up without asoundconf? I think this is easy to solve and might be preventing people of using this package (as in my case).
