SDK path fixes for building on Linux

Here is a patch that catches all of the include paths in the build files for Linux.

Thanks, those files are already updated in the dev branch. So I think I'm now going to simply merge the dev branch into the master.

ok, I missed that I had to take a different branch to build from as well... Please update the master - and the source package, it is a bit of a turn-down to have a release source package that doesn't build.

I hear you. I've been busy on a complete rewrite of the source for the past few months, which has lead to me being a little neglectful of this repo..
