Small error in README

In the following: For example R×A×S means that columns ascend left-to-right, rows ascend anterior-to-posterior and slices from inferior-to-superior: shouldn't RxAxS be "posterior-to-anterior"? Also, maybe use 'index' rather than 'ascend' in the sentence?
