Add more statistics or visualizations to the summary tab.

I think as a start number of codes, documents, and units would be good. Also potentially number of documents with no codes assigned.

I gave a small try at this! However, I should've asked for what to put there, as I only put the number of codes, documents and units. Messing with the interface in shiny is very weird however, I wanted to do something a bit more informative but went with the simplest thing in the end.

I'm making the PR more for hacktoberfest, but if you can give me a concrete idea I'll be happy to implement/help with it.
