I have some (very basic) code already online (https://github.com/schymane/RChemMass/) interacting with the CompTox Dashboard, which was more playing around than anything else, plenty more ideas, lots of things that would be neat to explore if/when you were interested in looking into this more - also with @ChemConnector At the moment we do a lot via download files but services are in the works so inputs valuable.

Only just had this package drawn to my attention, looks very interesting.
