Functions to set up 1536-well plates

Trial functions added in commit 0c2e3f6.

make_row_names_LC_1536() and make_row_names_Echo_1536() for row names in 2 different formats, create_blank_plate_1536well() as default call.

I think these are fixed. We need to test them as we set up the experiments with @j-aux, and then hopefully close the issue.

Created new branch setup-1536well-5 with some updates in commit 39efde9

• read_lc1536_1colour_cq function reads in lightcycler 1536-well plate data
• read_lightcycler_1colour_cq and read_lightcycler_1colour_cq explain that they work for lightcycler 480
• create_blank_plate_1536well makes some extra columns - we may want to rename this.

@DimmestP, where are the functions you wrote for @j-aux's pick list work? Do any of those belong in this branch?
