We have some ""obvious"" features to add, flagged with ""help wanted"" on issue tickets. We are hoping someone might want to draft solutions and put in pull requests.

  1. Quantification of Cq value from raw fluorescence data #19
  2. Loading data from different kinds of qPCR machines. #134
  3. Replace superseded "do" function calls #101
  4. Support for Taqman / multi-colour probes #31

Also we're open to any users who'd like to do a user interview and learn how to use the software, #65.
