Import RDML format

Add capability to import RDML (Real-time PCR Data Markup Language) format files.

Try using the RDML package.

This is a "nice-to-have" feature, not a "must-have" for now, because although the MIQE guidelines recommend RDML format, we are not aware of it being in widespread use. Requests from users would be needed to bump up the priority.
