rlite compilation requires GNU make

This is a potential point of conflict with CRAN. Given how straightforward compilation of rlite is though, it would be straightforward enough to replace the makefile with one that did not use GNU things. For now I've declared a dependency on GNU make in the DESCRIPTION, but probably something to deal with before CRAN submission.

haven 1.0.0 has it, too, so probably don't need to worry much about that. (Any plans for a CRAN release?)

A CRAN release is not imminent - I'd really like to get Windows support in here but that's not going to happen anytime soon as it would require upstream changes, and I'm terrible at getting stuff ported over.

I was using Redis/rrlite type things more in my previous job and since moving they've all taken a big step backwards on the priority list...
