@cboettig @karthik we haven't had a blog post in about 6 weeks - Do either of you have a post that's close to being ready? If not, I think we can get this one out very soon - see draft at https://github.com/ropensci/roweb/blob/master/_drafts/2015-01-01-2014-in-review.md

Hi Scott, Good call, we should have something up at least every six weeks. I'll need to do a couple more things to jumpin before that is ready. So let's go with this. I just finished another report to Sloan so I'll add some more to that post by Thursday (or earlier).
