fishbase API future

A quick FYI to all watching this repo:

Some nice folks are working with us to do an overhaul of the API codebase, and provide better hosting for the API (see fork https://github.com/FiN-FBSLB/fishbaseapi )

In the meantime, we'll try to fix major things, but some of the less urgent things we'll wait on
