Import data for parent area type only

Question during NHS-R workshop:

If I wanted GP-level data for a couple of CCGs, is it possible to limit the areas to bring only that data in, or would I need to bring all data in and then filter, or have a long list of all the practice codes to bring in?

It's to build PCN level profiles for a couple of CCGs. I guess the same would apply to some ONS/LA level data too.
