Add translations for new languages

Interested in adding translations for warnings, errors and messages in your language? Please register your interest on this issue! I will then get your language set up on GitLocalize and you can easily add your translations (no knowledge of translating software is required). I will also attribute you as a translator in the package DESCRIPTION file.
