ds_search_sql: fix egs and tests

egs and tests are throwing errors.

  • demo.ckan.org egs are not working, looking into errors
  • the tests for this fxn use nhm ckan, and are blocking the requests, i imagine they used to allow datastore sql queries but no longer do
