Ability to move completed tasks to own file per board

It would be nice to have a setting to specify a note to move completed tasks to per board.

Use Case:

I'm writing a scope of work for a project, and I put task items in the scope of work as I'm writing it. These are tagged with todo, issue, question, etc., so they show up in the respective sections in cardboard. The scope of work will be distributed to people once all the tasks are complete and sections concerning the tasks are flushed out. However, I don't want the completed tasks in the final document as they were only for my benefit during the information-gathering phase.

The ability to specify a note named 'path/path/tasks_completed' to move all the completed tasks to once I check them off would clean up the document during the final draft phases and before publishing/distributing.

worth mentioning #39 here - although that one is about moving completed items to a specific section of a document rather than a different document.... In addition to the other plugins mentioned in #39, packrat seems to have an option to move things to another file.
