Drag and drop on mobile

at the moment the drag and drop functionality (which allows boards to be re-ordered) relies on mouse clicks and mouse downs and doesn't handle touch events.

I'm gonna leave this till I am working on improvements for mobile - as drag and drop is a big enough task as it is!

Just fyi since I tested it: drag and drop currently doesn't work with a bluetooth mouse on iPad. But copying and pasting the field contents to move them around is functional (if tedious) workaround. (Easier with mouse and keyboard.)

Thanks for the report - good to know. Mobile will be the next epic after desktop drag and drop is done (although there will be some other fixes/additions inbetween)..
