Missing Password A

During setup some rare reports that their pi exits with the error missing-passworda that is thrown at this line https://github.com/raspiblitz/raspiblitz/blob/33fd13bd2bfd4153f7b9d5df01a513ff80c37984/home.admin/_bootstrap.sh#L888-L889

For better future debug password a persistance should be tested right after it is saved and if already then missing throw another error message so we can differ between persistance failing in general (maybe drive is not there) or it gets lost in between.
