Check HDD error in background & signal on LCD/WebUI

Ran into a "EXT4-fs error" on my testmachine - I would have not been able to see this if I had not an LCD or had the LCD in a graphics mode.

And easy way to detect that the HDD is down is:

[email protected]:~ ₿ ls /mnt/hdd/ 1>/dev/null
ls: reading directory '/mnt/hdd/': Input/output error

A shutdown is a first option with checking if cables are all in.

This could even be part of the systeminfo (also without logoin?) of the WEBUI so that it is shown with an helping Link.

yesterday afternoon i get an "EXT4-fs error" (see also report #3614) Ver 1.8.0 - SSD is nearly a year old.. after that no Sync progress. Tried to get newest Version with new SD but now stuck in prepare Blockchain sync .. no idea what to do
