[CL] check integrity of uploaded rescue file early

Currently using FILERESCUE doesn't break if the cl-rescue file hash doesn't match the filename.

This is all after the appropriate warnings so not dangerous, but wastes time after:

Write the word 'override' and press ENTER to CONTINUE:
override

OK deleting old CL data & restoring imported rescue file ...

To be refactored.
