Research if it makes sense to move the version file to the sd card boot section by build/sync script. That way to change a final release cadidate to final version...

see #4642 .. for the future when the RaspiBlitz version contains an "rc" the WebUI should go with the "master" and the BlitzAPI should go with the "dev" branch instead...
