Add background colors to environment menu

• If the filter bedrock/stage_switcher_colors returns an array of key-valued "environment/color".
• If the environment-code is matched with an environment defined by the ENVIRONMENTS constant then that color is applied to the background of the corresponding list item in the switcher menu.
