calculation for some networks results in empty matrix

When trying to generate OD matrices from points, the algorithm returns empty matrices for one of my three networks. The other two work fine. The network that doesn't work is from OpenStreetMaps. I attached the pointslayer I am using (SchwerpunkteVerkehrszellenFinal) and two networks. The one working (NetzwerkBuslinen) and the one that doesn't (roads).

The three layers in your zip file are all using different coordinate reference systems, and for best results all layers should use the same projected coordinate reference system. Try reprojecting the OpenStreetMap data into the same CRS as your points. Also beware that sometimes there are small gaps in between road segments in OSM data, so you might need to increase the topology tolerance or perform some topological data cleaning to the OSM data in order to get results.
