Clarify time unit

Neither the algorithm input form nor the help specifies which unit of time should be used for the size of iso area and contour interval parameters. I assume it's seconds but it would be nice if it wasn't necessary to guess.

Thanks for the heads up! The units can be looked up at the official algorithm help page/documentation. But having a more detailed description in the short help string or parameter label is a good idea. I will add it in the next plugin update.
