GSM support

There is a way to get GSM working with ps2rd (https://www.ps2-home.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3252) but it doesn't work with this Cheat Device. I tried running GSM first and Cheat Device after but when I press to boot disc, the screen is gone (TV shows "No Signal"). I am using the latest version which is 1.7.5
