Missing code of conduct

We agreed at the end of last year to have a code of conduct. The information about this is missing!

I want to have it after the publication of the new web site, simply because I want to have a dedicated blog post on it, too. It's a good topic for a small blog post :-)

I don't know who is planning to do this now... Can we not just link the CERN code of conduct?
