I've commented or deleted most of the backward pass since I am certain it was implemented incorrectly (I believe that we have discussed that I had issues with it for almost a month) and I could not fix it during these weekends.

Most likely will make backward pass work in the upcoming weeks after the GSOC, otherwise, it's as we discussed.
