Cling command prompt is messed up on Windows 10

I just pulled and recompiled cling on Windows 10 (VS2017). Here is what the command prompt looks like:

I did notice an issue with TerminalDisplayWin.cpp line 34 (comlains about needing a wide char array).

I've had the same issue. I've followed the procedure described in #186 with a fix provided by @bellenot but at the end got this same problem.

Reverting a561c61888a3d8a0a878ca8de7a25d599133ea21 seems to fix the issue for me.
