No longer uploading files

The only stable "fix" for this is to (sadly) migrate to another action, like this one [https://github.com/appleboy/scp-action](url) I've done it for all workflows now and everything working great again.

strip_components parameter no longer working in recent versions

Thank you @Yuiffy for the report, this confirms the issues we're seeing - as a temporary solution we targeted the `v0.1.7` release until it's fixed @ master. :)
