Reduce unused CSS

Reduce unused rules from stylesheets and defer CSS not used for above-the-fold content to decrease bytes consumed by network activity.

React Bootstrap is used for styling and the Zephyr theme is used from Bootswatch

Hi, I'd love to submit a PR for this issue. I have it done already but didn't read your contributing guidelines about commenting first until I was about to open the PR so I will hold off until you give the green light. Just a note, I followed the steps of this article as a guide that recommends ejecting CRA. The official PurgeCSS guide also recommends ejecting. The only difference is the Purge docs suggest Craco whereas the article does not.

If you'd prefer to not eject, I can find a method for that instead. Thank you!
