Support config maps for caBundleRef in CephObjectStore

What should the feature do: The caBundleRef parameter should support reading the CA bundle from a configMap, and allow specifying which key the bundle should be read from.

What is use case behind this feature: The trust-manager operator which can be used with cert-manager by default emits configMaps. Special support is required to emit secrets, and this generally requires more widely scoped permissions then should be necessary.
