Add GitHub CI tests for macOS, Windows and Anaconda

Description

The new GitHub CI workflow (introduced in #124) does not cover all tests. The following are missing:

  • macOS
  • Windows
  • Anaconda

These were available in the previous used Travis CI: https://github.com/roocs/clisops/blob/v0.5.1/.travis.yml
