[Example] Coin issuing and management

Add example and tutorials to illustrate:

  • how to issue a new coin
  • how to mint, burn, transfer coin
  • how to store coin in contracts

The example and tutorial should act as a complete project include the Move contracts, deploy commands, transaction commands, etc.
