Evaluate the use of code scanning tools other than SonarQube

As part of the new tools adoption process evaluation on the actual need for such a tool must be performed and should consider:

• alternatives;
• ease of usage;
• ease of maintenance;
• added benefit;
• community support;
• reliability;
