Add ARM/AARCH64 Support

Currently my XOA is a VM, but I'm concerned if the host has an issue that I will have a lot of trouble getting things working again with XOA living as a VM. I would like to move this to a Raspberry Pi 5 that sits next to my hosts so it is external and host issues will not affect XOA. I see some versions of XOA on AARCH64, but would like this repo to add that support as it is updated more frequently.
