New photoset not calling in

Open karen1633 opened this issue 10 years ago • 5 comments

I have several existing public albums in Flickr and added a new one this week but it's not showing in the photosets dropdown. I've cleared the gallery cache and tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin but it's still not showing. Had to add them as a tagged set for the moment but appreciate any help as we prefer to use albums

Are those private photosets? If so, have you enabled private access in the plugin settings?

Hi there,

I've been having the same issue as well. I'm a total noob when it comes to using WordPress and Plug-ins (so forgive me, because I'm essentially clueless), but I'm finding that new galleries aren't seeming to come through properly. I got the Plug-in working how I wanted it, and then when I added a new gallery and checked the plug-in, it hadn't updated. So I tried deleting the cached images, and refreshing and it seemed to completely mess up the plug-in.

My website is now displaying this:

How do I make it stop doing that and bring back my pictures?!
