Photo Set Pulling in wrong images

When creating a new Gallery I set the source as Photoset and then select the corresponding Photoset/Album that I want. Then I put the shortcode on my page but when I look at the published page the Gallery is pulling in the the wrong source photoset. I have tried this with multiple photoset sources but the incorrect photoset keeps appearing instead.

I'm not sure if this is related but I'm seeing this error:
