Rails 3.1 compatibility

This is actually based on your localized branch, and uses Deface again. Instead of keeping a separate localized branch I would suggest to add another config option to enable/disable localized reviews. You might just add a branch for backwards compatibility and have Rails 3.1 compatibility in master from this point onward.
