Do not hide cursor (Keep opacity at 1)

Can we have an option to leave the scroll thumb in display, that is to keep opacity from going to 0?

Hi @Efreeto, glad you're using this library. Sorry it took me long to answer, having some pressure at work. So, just to make sure I understand - you want a prop that makes the scrollbar always visible (if there there is overflow) ?
