[Feature] Separate section in each platform for software/applications

I figure if we wind up adding sections for bios files, saves, etc. it may be neat to have a distinct section for software and applications. Especially thinking of like WAD files for the Wii, or even digital download/CDN files for the seventh gen onward. But even before that, I'm thinking of things like web browsers for the DS, N64DD, Dreamcast and Game.com, and the Horse Racing/Betting app for the original Famicom. Lots of neat things that can't exactly be called "Games" in a traditional sense but oftentimes tie into the identity of a particular console.
