[Bug] Manually uploading manuals doesn't work

RomM version 4.4.0

Describe the bug Recently updated to 4.4.0, however I have noticed uploading a manual, manually, does not reveal the additional tab in the game to view the manual (the upload button also does not recognise a manual already exists). However, when I check the resources folder, the manual has been uploaded, renamed to the ROM ID etc...

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have also tried different browser, cleared cache, different PC etc

Expected behavior Manuals to be visible in ROM page
