[UI/UX] Ability to Edit and Reorganize Collections

It looks like games in Collections are ordered based on being added.

Two options for ordering could be considered.

• Automatic using the release date (This really only works for collections where the ROMs are all on the same platform)
• Manual (Allowing dragging somehow while in edit mode. Maybe a different edit option that allows removing & ordering of items.)
