[Bug] Error when installing large games (timeout)

Describe the bug So sorry @gantoine, I feel like I've been a real thorn in your side lately. I'm running into another bug, but it's very low impact. When I attempt to install a Switch game from remote, I get the following error:

But the download continues in the background, and I get a notification when the install is complete.

Noticed this today, trying to install some PS1 games.

I am also getting these issues as well. Size seems to be irrelevant.
