Video and audio not align when pause/resume

Hi, The first, i very thank full for your project Secondly, I found the problem when tap the red button on top device, tap and cancel many times make video and audio not align, even the asserWriterInput maybe not append any more buffer because isReadyForMediaData is false.

sometimes, the first frame is black screen, can you fix it please?
