Neovim doesn't resize correctly when Barbar is active

I hadn't updated my barbar for a while, I've been having some issues with the latest master. It appears that neovim's screen doesn't update its size after resizing the terminal window. @Iron-E are you able to reproduce this?

I can't seem to reproduce, both with nvim --clean or my usual config. Try with the --clean snippet from the other issue:

nvim --clean 
     --cmd 'set rtp+=~/.local/share/nvim/site/pack/packer/start/barbar.nvim' 
     --cmd 'set rtp+=~/.local/share/nvim/site/pack/packer/start/nvim-web-devicons' 
     --cmd 'lua require"bufferline".setup()'

If this works, it might be something on the configuration side of things.
