When reopen file after BufferClose, empty buffer is created and shows in tabline

Description After i close a file with BufferClose and try to open it again in a new tab, an empty buffer tab appears in tabline. Also when i try to close it with q!, doesn't seems to close it.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a file
2. Close it with BufferClose (<A, c>)
3. Open it again with tab option (nerdtree)

That empty buffer is there to hold the empty first tab open, I believe. Without it, the tab would close. It shows in the bufferline so you can use :BufferNext/:BufferPrevious to get to it

When running :q, it closes the window holding the second tab open, rather than the buffer itself. To delete the buffer, use :bdelete.

What is the expected behavior?
